Budapest, The City is for All: We are not afraid of breaking laws for justice

The first court ruling about the sit-in that took place in October 2011 against the criminalization of homelessness – in which several members of The City is for All (AVM) took part – was announced today. According to the judge, the activists protesting criminalization are guilty of misdemeanor. The members of AVM our proud of what they did: if we need to, we will engage in civil disobedience again, and we encourage other groups of the democratic opposition to do the same.

Así lo han denunciado los colectivos Kepasakonlakasa y Stop Desahucios. Los representantes de estos dos colectivos han presentado el último censo de vivienda vacía en Gipuzkoa.
Algunas de las tomas de Riberas son de hace algunos meses, por tanto ya hay alguna vivienda más ocupada. Sin embargo, los datos del censo en el artículo debajo son actuales, y en Riberas quedan más de cien viviendas que se mantienen vacías para mantener los precios a un nivel abusivo, en lugar de ponerlos en alquiler social.

Gli attivisti hanno temporaneamente occupato un edificio di proprietà della NAMA nel centro di Dublino per lanciare una nuova campagna che mira a sollevare il velo di segretezza sulla controversa agenzia. La campagna Unlock NAMA vuole rendere disponibile gli edifici inutilizzati della NAMA per usi sociali e comunitari, rivelare i dettagli di tutte le proprietà ei beni della NAMA, e sfidare la cultura del debito. La Campagna è appoggiata da IAI.
